313 Bowery (corner of Bleecker)
New York NY 212-677-0455 [map]
Price: $5, pay at the door

CBGB, legendary NYC club, is being threatened with extinction by a demon capitalist landlord. DAGMAR doesn't want the distinction of being one of the last acts to play there. Come help keep the club alive.

We'll be in the intimate 313 Gallery, where CBGB/OMFUG founder Hilly Kristal's new book "History of CBGB" and a spectacular collection of photographs documenting the storied history of the club -- from Television and The Ramones to Talking Heads, David Byrne and the present day -- are currently on display. We guarantee you'll be entertained, and will get the most mileage ever out of a $5 cover. That, or we'll hang ourselves and end the misery right here, right now.
